The largest mountain bike area in Europe
Discover one of the largest mountain bike playgrounds in the world! With a single lift pass, you can access the entire area and its facilities: 2 countries, 600 km of marked mountain bike trails, 22 lifts, 1 MTB Enduro tour of 80 km, 5 bike parks, 50 downhill trails! You can practice all the disciplines: cross-country, enduro and downhill.
Les Portes du Soleil, the domain whose quantity and variety of slopes leave you dreaming... Thanks to its location and topography, a variety of landscapes are available to you during your rides: depending on your preferences, you can venture into the heart of the fir forests, down wooded trails, on winding single tracks or rub shoulders with the beautiful herds in the alpine pastures by taking accessible trails and wide paths. Take advantage of the ski lifts to cross the Franco-Swiss border and admire the time of a descent of incredible landscapes.
The Bike Park
It is an area dedicated to mountain bike enthusiasts, located in the Pré la Joux sector and accessible by the Pierre-Longue and Rochassons chairlifts.
It offers 21 MTB trails for all levels as well as several fun areas dedicated to different types of "ride newschool". There is 1 Slopestyle, 1 Shore zone, 1 drop zone... Bikers also have a washing point at Pré la Joux.
A team of Bike Patrols works daily on the facilities to ensure the safety and quality of the trails.

Embark on an exceptional adventure!
Comfortably seated in a harness, alone or with a partner, you soar at almost 100 km/h and up to 240 m high over the Plaine-Dranse pastures. From the sky, the landscape takes on a whole new dimension!
> Length of the 1st cable: 1200 m
> Length of the 2nd cable: 1325 m
Solo flight: Activity accessible to individuals weighing between 35 and 120 kg.
Duo flight: Minimum weight of 35 kg for the lightest participant, a total weight between 90 and 150 kg, and a maximum weight difference of 40 kg between the two passengers.
Those wishing to do a duo flight must add two flights to the cart, select the same reservation slot, and specify the DUO choice only at the start of the activity.
Weight limits may vary depending on weather conditions.
To access the activity:
From Châtel, direction Pré la Joux / Col de Bassachaux:
- Shuttle stop and parking on site
- Either via the Pierre-Longue and Rochassons chairlifts. Note that in this case, the last ascent by the Pierre-Longue chairlift is at 15:45.
- Or by car to Plaine Dranse, then by the Rochassons chairlift.
From Avoriaz / Les Lindarets:
- Via the Chaux Fleurie chairlift.

Opening periods and hours:
- Weekend of June 21/22 from 10:30 to 16:30.
- Every day from June 27 to July 12 from 10:00 to 16:45.
- Every day from July 13 to August 24 from 9:30 to 16:45.
- Every day from August 25 to August 31 from 10:00 to 16:45.
- Weekends of September 5/6/7 and 13/14 from 10:30 to 16:30.
Group reservations: For any reservation of a camp or group of 13 people or more, mandatory reservation by contacting the sales department: ski@chatel.com or 04 50 73 35 98. Only in the morning time slots.
Important: The times chosen during your reservation must be respected. You must arrive 40 minutes before the reserved flight(s) to collect your ticket(s) at the dedicated Fantasticable withdrawal terminals (either at the Pierre Longue ticket offices or at the departure of the Rochassons chairlift), then take the Pierre Longue and/or Rochassons chairlifts and finally equip yourself at the start of the activity.
To ensure your safety, we reserve the right to temporarily halt activities in the event of unfavorable weather conditions such as thunderstorms or strong winds.The resumption of activities is at the discretion of site managers and depends on the improvement of conditions. In the event of an interruption, you may be refunded or rescheduled for another date or time slot.
