SUPER CHÂTEL AREA
Super-Châtel area is accessible either by the Super-Châtel gondola located in the village center or by the Petit Châtel and Barbossine chairlifts. Ideal for beginners with its numerous green and blue slopes, this area includes a snowpark, an avalanche transceiver park, a speed run, and the themed mountain fauna and flora trail "Green - Flocon vert" on the Chermillon slope.
The Super Châtel area is directly connected to the Linga area through the inter-domain connection at Vonnes via the Portes du Soleil and Gabelou chairlifts.
This area is directly connected to the Swiss resorts of Morgins (via the Chalet Neuf drag lifts) and Torgon (via the Tour de Don drag lift). From Torgon, it is possible to reach the ski area of La Chapelle d'Abondance.
PRÉ LA JOUX AREA
Linga / Pré la Joux / Plaine Dranse area will delight intermediate and advanced skiers with their numerous and long red and black runs.
These areas are directly connected to the Avoriaz ski area from the top of the Rochassons chairlift via the red "Chaux Fleurie" run or the blue "Grand Plan" run. Note that at the base of these areas, in Pré la Joux, a conveyor belt, two drag lifts, and the Pierre Longue chairlift serve green runs ideal for learning to ski.
Don't forget the fun Belette run that brings joy to both children and adults with 20 elements to play with along the way! This area is accessible either by the Linga gondola, the Pré la Joux and Pierre Longue chairlifts located in Pré la Joux, or the Gabelou chairlift in Vonnes.

Located in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, between Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc, Châtel is only 20 minutes from the Swiss freeways, 30 minutes from Aigle train station, 1h50 from Geneva's international airport and 45 minutes from Thonon-les-Bains train station.
