The snow sports insurance that covers you whenever you hit the slopes, with day, season or annual rates.
Mountain rescue is not free: the costs are paid by the injured person. Available on our website when you order your lift pass or at the lift ticket offices, SnowRisk provides all the insurance and assistance cover you need to enjoy snow sports with complete peace of mind.
This insurance directly covers all search and rescue costs as well as medical repatriation. If your stay is cut short due to an accident or illness (with hospitalisation), your lift pass is refunded pro rata for the unused days.

Lift passes do not include accident insurance. Insurance can be purchased at the same time as your lift pass.
For regular skiers: one purchase for the whole winter or the whole year
Available only with the purchase of a season pass. Valid for the whole winter season (until 15 May at the latest), with no need to renew your insurance for each outing.

What should you do?
Contact the ski patrol
On site, contact the resort’s ski patrol: they will give you the documents you need for your claim and refunds.

Submit your claim within 8 days of the accident, preferably online.
For a cancellation, inform the lift pass seller immediately, then file your claim within 5 working days.

Enclose the originals
- Lift pass invoice and proof of purchase of the insurance
- Initial medical certificate (nature of injuries, whether or not you are unable to ski)
- Bank details (IBAN / SWIFT)
- Copy of your health insurance card and any top-up insurance card
- Where applicable, a certificate from any other assistance provider
